1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using the Aura Dating mobile application or website (findaura.co), you enter into a legally binding agreement with NextGen IT Global ("Company", "we", "us"). If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, do not install or access Aura.

2. Eligibility & 18+ Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to register for an Aura account or access any service features. By signing up, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You have the full right, power, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• You have not previously been suspended or permanently removed from our platform.
• You are not a convicted felon or registered sex offender in any jurisdiction.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Standards

You are solely responsible for the photos, text prompts, audio intros, and chat messages you upload. You strictly agree NOT to transmit:

• Nudity or Explicit Material: Sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual imagery.
• Hate Speech & Bullying: Content promoting discrimination, racism, hatred, violence, or degradation against any individual or group.
• Harassment & Threats: Stalking, blackmail, intimidation, or persistent non-consensual contact.
• Impersonation & Fraud: Misrepresenting your identity, using another person's photos, or conducting commercial solicitation, spam, or scams.

4. Moderation, Reporting & Blocking

To ensure a safe environment for everyone:

• In-App Reporting: Every profile and chat thread includes a prominent "Report" action allowing users to flag offensive content or suspicious activity.
• Instant Blocking: Tapping "Block User" instantly severs all contact, hides profiles from radar discovery, and prevents reciprocal matching.
• 24-Hour Review: Flagged content is reviewed by our moderation operations team within 24 hours. Offending users will be banned immediately.

5. Subscriptions, Coins & In-App Purchases

Certain premium features (e.g., unlimited radar pings, spotlight boosts, travel mode) may require subscriptions or virtual consumables:

• In-app purchases on iOS are billed through Apple Media Services and subject to Apple's standard terms.
• In-app purchases on Android are processed via Google Play Billing.
• Direct web transactions are processed securely via certified payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay / Stripe). All fees are non-refundable except where mandatory by law.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or ban your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, misuse the radar proximity features, or engage in abusive interactions.

You may also terminate your account voluntarily at any time via App Settings or by submitting a request at findaura.co/delete-account.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Aura is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". NextGen IT Global does not conduct formal criminal background checks on all users. Always exercise standard offline dating precautions when meeting someone in person for the first time (meet in public venues, inform trusted contacts, and maintain personal transport).

8. Governing Law & Contact

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
